• Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery estimates are calculated from the moment the item is shipped, not from the moment the order is placed.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside menss.co’s control (e.g., customs delays, courier issues, peak season).

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Shipping Locations and International Orders

• We currently ship to only Malaysia

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• menss.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.¹
